Are you tired of the seemingly never ending cycle of being consistent in the gym and then suddenly falling off a cliff, and rinsing and repeating? Thrive & Uplift features my wellness and fitness practices and integrates them into a comprehensive, life-changing program. For the next 90 days, you'll be immersed in an invaluable educational course via the Thrive & Uplift workbooks, weekly 1:1 online check-ins with me, and a personalized fitness program that works for you and your goals. Notably, you will learn how to properly set goals and implement practical strategies that will help you maintain a consistent fitness regimen even after you conclude the program. How does it work? Each week via the Thrive program, you’ll be learning about a different component of wellness and navigate how to improve upon those areas in your own life. Simultaneously, in my Uplift fitness program, you will spend a few weeks honing in on your fitness behaviors, establishing your goals, setting up a plan for success, addressing barriers, and choosing your area(s) of focus. Then we will come up with a 6 week workout program together. From there, our check ins will consist of evaluating progress, discussing what’s going well or not so well, adjusting where needed, and more. Is this program right for you?
